若參與者因健康因素或其他緊急事態而無法參加活動之任何場次，參與者應於可行時盡快通知主辦方。若參與者未依本條規定通知主辦方，則不得依第1.2(a)條之規定主張部分費用退款。If the Participant is unable to attend any session of the Event due to health condition or emergencies, the Participant shall notify the Organizer of the same as soon as practically possible. The Participant will not be entitled to a partial refund of the Fee under Section 1.2(a) if he/she fails to give proper notice pursuant to this Section.

1. 2主辦方有決定是否針對缺席參與者提供補充時數的絕對權限The Organizer has the sole and absolute discretion as to whether to provide make-up sessions to the absent Participant.

   • (a)若主辦方決定不提供補充時數，且參與者已依第1.1條規定適時通知主辦方，主辦方將退還缺席時數對應之部分費用。If the Organizer decides not to provide a make-up session, the Organizer will partially refund the Fee for the missed session(s), provided that the Participant gives proper notice pursuant to Section 1.1 above.

   • (b)若主辦方決定提供補充時數，參與該補充課程為缺席參與者之唯一補償方式。若參與者無法參加補充課程，或決定不參與，則該等時數將無法獲得退款。If the Organizer decides to provide a make-up session, participating in the make-up session is the absent Participant’s sole remedy for the absence and there will be no refund of Fee if the Participant is unable or chooses not to attend such session.

語言版本 Language Versions
若本條款之中英文版本有歧異時，應以英文版本為準。If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
